Wismettac Sake & Food Expo

Whismettac Asian Foods, an importer and distributor of Japanese food products, held a Sake & Food Expo on August 1 in Anaheim.

The annual event is held for industry professionals, including retailers and restaurant operators.
About 110 exhibitors showcased and sold a wide range of trending food products and beverages.

From premium ingredients to street food, Japanese cuisine in the U.S. continues to evolve in exciting ways.
This year’s event went beyond Japanese groceries, showcasing a wide variety of Asian food products as well.

Convenient, ready-to-cook Japanese food products that make it easy to prepare delicious meals also drew attention.

About 2,000 people attended the event that day, carefully exploring new products from various manufacturers and the latest menu ideas they had to offer.
