Minato, too, is quietly at a crossroads, unsure whether to take on a new supermarket branch as store manager or rethink her next step entirely.

Meanwhile, the sushi academy reaches its final day. The graduation task is simple but weighty: one perfect piece of sushi. Looking back on everything they’ve been through, each student reflects on their journey and shapes their final nigiri with their future in mind.
