ISHIKO and HANEO: You’re Suing Me?

Airing has finished.

Ishiko, a Tokyo University-graduate paralegal hanging by a thread after failing her bar exam 4 times, and Haneo, a lawyer who passed the exam in one try immediately after graduating highschool. These completely opposite duo take on odd troubles that can happen to anyone in this unconventional legal entertainment!

In this world, there are many odd troubles that sound almost fake.
“I was sued for charging my phone at a café!” “I was sued for accepting too much change at the convenience store!”
It may look like trivial matters, but behind each of these small troubles is someone’s important daily lives.
Shoko Ishida (aka Ishiko), paralegal, and Yoshio Haneoka (aka Haneo), lawyer, faces those problems.

Ishiko claims she can be a lawyer if she wants to, she just chooses not to. But the truth is she’s failed her bar exam 4 times and is too afraid of failing again to take another. Haneo looks like he’s a competent lawyer, but he tends to freeze up when something unexpected happens. That’s why he acts the part of a genius lawyer that breaks all rules to hide that.

While seemingly complete opposites, the two are actually quite similar. The duo tackle various troubles and grow as a person in this comical, all-original script.
