Dogami General Hospital has implemented cutting edge medical robots. Director Suguru Moriyama (Masanobu Takashima) has visited the robot makers for a technical trainin
g session when he meets Kotomi (Miho Kanno), the younger sister of nurse Kazue Minagawa (Ran Itou). When Moriyama tells his mother, Himiko (Keiko Matsuzaka) that he likes Kotomi, she is overjoyed. Kotomi and Moriyama get along great during a meal with all 4 of them. That’s when he finds out Kotomi has divorced in the past and has a 15-year-old son, Shouta (Shousei Oda / Shonen Ninja Johnny’s Jr.).

Meanwhile, expecting mother Yuko Moriwaki (Fujiko Kojima) collapses at the hospital lobby from bowel obstruction. Kosuke Sagara (Ikki Sawamura) judges she needs surgery immediately and proceeds with a C-section and surgery on her intestines despite protests from Moriyama. The surgery has difficulties and fearing a lawsuit from a medical accident, Moriyama fires Sagara.

Hearing Sagara has accepted that, the nurses put in their resignation en masse, putting Dogami General Hospital in chaos.
On top of that Kotomi collapses in front of Moriyama and Sagara, causing her to need an emergency surgery…!
