“Who is the Real Celebrity” tests celebrities with 6 questions that any A-list celebrity can answer correctly to prove their status as a top-class celebrity. For the 2022 Spring Special, the celebrities are split into 7 teams to test their common sense and basic knowledge. Tests include “taste the difference between red and white wine”, “spot the Nishiki carp that costs 300 million yen compared to a 10,000 yen one”, “listen to a performance using high-quality instruments vs ones with broken strings”, and others that would be too embarrassing to get wrong!!

All celebrities start as top-class celebrities. If they get it wrong, they go down in rank. Get wrong too many times, and they are erased from the screen since they aren’t “worth showing”. Will the celebrities be able to stick around to the very end!?
