Breweries also participated, serving Japanese beers and sake.<br \/>\nA DJ livened up the event playing City pop, and the event tarted as guests enjoyed their food and beverages.<\/p>\n<p>The opening act was performed by Asano Taiko.<br \/>\nFollowed by Mike Penny\u2019s Tsugaru-jamisen performance.<br \/>\nThen came YOYOKA, a 13 year old Japanese drummer playing her drums.<\/p>\n<p>President Yuko Kaifu of JAPAN HOUSE and Consul General Kenko Sone stated their greetings, and MIYAVI appeared on stage.<\/p>\n<p>MIYAVI and the other artists performed a special stage where they collaborated together.<br \/>\nGuests cheered and the party ended in a great success.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>YOSHIKI&#8217;s Handprints Immortalized<\/h2>\n<p>September 15th was the ceremony for the iconic and beloved Japanese superstar YOSHIKI to be immortalized in cement at Hollywood\u2019s TCL Chinese Theater.<br \/>\nYOSHIKI is also the advisor of JAPAN HOUSE LA.<\/p>\n<p>He is the first Japanese artist to leave their hands and footprints on Hollywood.<br \/>\nMany Japanese and American media came to witness this great moment.<\/p>\n<p>Korean superstar Lee Byung-hun and Gene Simmons of KISS also came to the ceremony to celebrate and support their friend YOSHIKI\u2019s great achievement.<\/p>\n<p>At the speech, YOSHIKI thanked his mother and fans for supporting him.
