Kaede Shinomiya (Non), a researcher at Teito University, announces a new pluripotent cell – the iL cell. This groundbreaking discovery surpasses the Nobel Prize-winning Ida cells of Professor Kosaka (Go Riju) of the Histology Research Center, attracting the world’s attention as a major revolution in regenerative medicine.

However, Shinomiya refuses all media interviews, causing rumors of fraud on social media. In the meantime, Associate Professor Kuribayashi (Kai Inowaki), who supports her research, is Motohashi’s (Shunsuke Michieda) senior in university which leads to an exclusive interview on News Gate.
