A police raid on a sports bar in Ginza leads to the arrest of staff and customers on suspicion of gambling. JBN is in an uproar when they learn that volleyball ace player Nawa (Takayuki Suzuki) and announcer Koike (Kanato Tsukishiro), who were there are also taken in for questioning. On top of that, E-Stream, Inc. learns of the commotion and announces they will pull their sponsorship of the international volleyball championship. At this rate, JBN, the host for the championship, will lose a lot of money, and could affect the news program budget too.

Shindo (Hiroshi Abe) goes to see E-Stream Inc. president Nishina (Ichirota Miyagawa) to prove Nawa’s innocence.

 Meanwhile, Koike is released, and based on Shindo’s advice, she goes on the program to explain herself. However, when Shindo asks an impromptu question, her answer shocks everyone. The sports betting situation takes an unexpected turn…
