After hearing there was a fire in the apartment, Chikara Nakagoshi (Jun Matsumoto) and the other flee outside. It turns out to be a small fire, but according to the landlord Yuzuru Hoshi (Kazuyuki Asano), Kohinata (Takahiro Fujimoto), resident of 603 where the fire started had set the fire themselves…. Their name had been popping up recently as a troublemaker, making Yoriko Michio (Nanako Matsushima) ready to hold a council meeting and evict them immediately.
