Harumi Phil is going to participate in the Sendai Orchestra Festival. It’s the last hope for the orchestra to continue their activities or it’ll be their final performance. Either way, Furuya (Tetsuji Tamayama) and the others are overjoyed they’ll be able to perform again. But they have lots of hurdles to clear, including the lack of practice space and travel expenses.

Thanks to Ruri’s (Yuko Araki) efforts, the orchestra finds a practice location. It’s a recreation center in Tami. They invite Hibiki (Mana Ashida) and Daiki (Hio Miyazawa) as well. Shunpei (Hidetoshi Nishijima) receives a music sheet from Schneider in Germany. Inspired by the music, Shunpei takes up composing once more… Hibiki learns about Shunpei’s thoughts and dreams at the music camp and makes a decision.
