Second Movement: Birth of an Ending Orchestra
Shiho (Yuriko Ishida) who was supposed to be in France for a job is in Japan. Furuya (Tetsuji Tamayama) knew about the deep reason for it as well.
Having no idea of the fact, Shunpei (Hidetoshi Nishijima) agrees to become the Harumi Phil’s conductor. He is told by Mayor Shiraishi (Yasushi Fuchikami) that the Hall will close 3 months later and the orchestra will be shut down the same time as planned. On top of that, Shiraishi orders to dispose of all the music sheets the orchestra has gathered for over 40 years. Furuya and Daiki (Hio Miyazawa) are at a loss by the mayor’s aggressive ways, but Shunpei doesn’t it let it bother him and instead suggests a new piece. He also decides to recruit new members…
Meanwhile, Hibiki (Mana Ashida) is given an order by her superior Takida (Keisuke Yamamoto).
