After interrogating his older brother, Kyogo (Takaya Kamikawa), Shintaro is hurt that he was the only one not told about that fact. He steps down from his position as the head of the Human Resource Exchange Planning Office and dissolves his partnership with Minami. Stepping in is Sakura (Yo Yoshida).
