Hiromi Minami (Masaharu Fukuyama) is a FBI special investigator known as “Last Man”,
who has come to Japan as a short-term exchange student from America.
Although he has lost his sight from an accident, he is charming, suave, and friendly, always surrounded by people.
With his sharp analytical brain, keen sense of smell and touch,
the FBI rely on him as their trump card that will close any case.

Ordered to be Last Man’s buddy is Shinatro Godo (Yo Oizumi), t
he head of the National Police Agency’s Human Resource Exchange Planning Office.
He is part of the Godo family, which has long produced Commissioners for the National Police Agency
and has the highest number of cases closed in the First Investigation Division.
He is ordered to partner up with Minami by the upcoming NPA Commissioner.
