Soba-shop owner Shiozaki (Oideyasu Oda)comes for consultation. His uncle, Shigeno (Baijyaku Nakamura) has a neighbor whose tree branches have grown over to his property and there’s been a major influx of caterpillars.

Ishiko (Kasumi Arimura) and Haneo (Tomoya Nakmura) visit Shigeno’s neighbor, Masue (Jun Fubuki)and request for her to cut the overgrown branches. Masue agrees amicably and it looks likes the problem is solved. However, a few days later Shigeno receives a document asking compensation for Shigeno’s loud piano. What is going on with the neighbor troubles?

That’s when Ishiko, who was out with Ooba (Eiji Akaso) suddenly clutches her stomach in pain and is taken to the hospital.
