The client is Takmua Takanashi (Wentz Eiji) who moved into a rental condo with his family not knowing the place was haunted. His wife Ayaka (Aki Nishihara) has become neurotic while caring her twin sons, however after she receives an anonymous letter that they live in a room where someone died alone unnoticed, she begins hallucinating and hearing things. Lost on what to do, Takuma visits Ushio Law Office to claim moving fees from the realtor and void the penalty on the contract.

Ishiko (Kasumi Arimura) and Haneo (Tomoya Nakamura) visits the realtor where they meet the president, Mizuho Muguruma (Hitomi Satoh) and find it difficult to do this simply. They decide to instead look for the person who sent the letter to the Tanakashi family and ask compensation from them.
