Eisuke Hazama (Satoshi Tsumabuki) aka Ace works as a pâtissier at his shop Casa Blanche as his day job, ut at night he is a surgeon for a back-alley doctor team that performs illegal operations for an exorbitant price.

One day, Vice Prime Minister Haba (Masato Ibu) is brought to a university hospital for a ruptured brain nerve. He managed to keep his life but was told by the hospital director Kenmochi (Takeshi Kaga) that he will never be able to walk.

Haba is fuming at the news when Joker (Tatsuya Fujiwara) appears. He is a negotiator that lays out the conditions for Ace’s operations. Just when the negotiation was almost done, Ace appears and asks “Is your life worth saving?”

Watching the conversation from a monitor are team members Queen (Nao Matsushita), a skilled operation nurse, and Spade (Wataru Hyuga), a young hacker.

The team’s next target is Shibuya (Sosuke Ikemats), an investor who was in despair over a suddenly being told he does not have long. Ace and his team show themselves in front of the despairing Shibuya…!
