The public surgery using Ishin University’s state-of-the-art medical AI concludes in an unexpected way thanks to Amagi (Kazunari Ninomiya).

Amagi gets a request for an operation by Kizaki (Toshiaki Megumi) who operates a restaurant chain in Korea. Saeki (Seiyō Uchino), who had been trying to figure out how to fund the construction costs of Amagi’s new hospital, suggests he does the operation in exchange for a 5 billion yen investment to the new hospital. Amagi flies to Korea to do a 50:50 gamble.

Kizaki accepts the terms and wins the 50:50 gamble against Amagi. He is hospitalized in a private room at Tojo Uni for the surgery. So-hyun （Choi Ji-woo） is also at Tojo Uni for a check-up after her procedure where he meets Kizaki. It turns out the two are rivals, with Kizaki purchasing all of restaurants So-hyun had to give up for the surgery at a low price. Kizaki is aiming to purchase the final store as well.

Hating Kizaki for expanding his business with underhanded tricks, So-hyun urges Amagi to not perform the operation. However, Amagi seems to have ignored the advice.
