Amane (Takumi Ozaki) manages to secretly photograph Aoi (Machiko Ono) working at a hostess club in Shinjuku. Upon receiving the report, Kaede (Yuki Sakurai) publishes an exclusive article revealing that Aoi is alive. Realizing that her survival has been exposed, X (Amane Okayama) instructs Aoi to flee her current location immediately.

The next morning, Hiroto (Yuya Yagira), eager to understand Aoi’s situation, contacts Kaede. Detective Takada (Hayato Kakizawa) from the Yamanashi Prefectural Police also follows the lead from the article, visiting the Shinjuku club to pursue Aoi.

Meanwhile, Michito (Ryota Bando) receives an art commission from a Tokyo-based publisher and heads to Tokyo on an overnight trip with Funaki (Masaaki Hirai). Left alone, Hiroto spends the evening with Lion (Tasuku Sato) when a sudden message arrives on his phone from Aoi, saying, “I want to see you.”

Unsure if he should let Lion see Aoi without understanding her circumstances, Hiroto hesitates. However, upon seeing Lion’s eagerness to meet his mother, Hiroto decides to take Michito and Lion to the specified location for the meeting.
