Despite being innocent, Riku Kariyama (Takuya Kimura) is serving his sentence at the National Penitentiary for his Ryujin Bridge’s construction accident. After finding out about his wife, Reiko Kariyama’s (Yuuki Amami) terminal illness, he plans to reveal the truth rather than protect his company and escape prison. He purposefully gets a major injury and is brought to an outside hospital.

While he is recovering, he plans to slip out of the hospital while avoiding his guards. However, his plan goes awry when prison guard Kazuo Hayashi (Takaya Kamikawa) realizes Kamiyama’s goal and begins questioning the motive for his escape in the hospital room!

When the other guards return to the hospital room they see a shocking scene! What happened inside the room? As Tokyo MPD Division One detective Masaoki Kuroki (Ryuma Takeuchi) makes a new move in his investigation, Kariyama continues to make unexpected actions!
