Genius sculptor Youko (Rie Mimura) is determined to create her final masterpiece when told her brain tumor was inoperable. Joker (Tatsuya Fujiwara) makes a contract to remove her tumor for 600 million yen. However, after checking Youko’s MRI, Ace (Satoshi Tsumabuki) finds out that her tumor was the reason for her acquired savant syndrome.

If they remove the tumor, her life will be saved but her skills as a sculptor will be lost.
