Kanako (Wakana Matsumoto) is troubled by the uncertain future of the ranch. Her father, Takeshi (Katsumi Kiba), insists on “direct transactions” with horse owners instead of going through the auction market, but for some reason, he ends up angering the owners and failing every deal.

Meanwhile, Kurisu (Satoshi Tsumabuki) attends the birthday party of Yuriko (Nagisa Sekimizu), the daughter of Kozo (Koichi Sato). There, Kyoko (Hitomi Kuroki) tells him about the Sanno family’s connection to horses. The Royal Human Company’s horse racing division was saved by Izana, who won a maiden horse race, but afterward, both Izana and Fight suffered injuries.

Determined to achieve the dream of winning the Arima Kinen, Kozo and Kurisu begin searching for a new racehorse. They decide to take a chance at the auction at Hokuryo Farm, known for producing numerous excellent racehorses. However, their rival Shiina (Kazuki Sawamura) is also aiming for the same horse…
