With superhuman surgical skills and inordinate treatment costs, Satoshi Tsumabuki plays the aloof, genius surgeon known as Ace who leads an anonymous back alley medical team that will take on any surgery.
In the daytime, he is a pâtissier at his shop Casa Blanche, using his dexterity and bold ideas useful in surgery to create delicate cakes. However, he also moonlights as a leader of the ultimate back alley medical team that will take on any surgery using superhuman skill for an exorbitant price.
Below his pâtisserie is his underground operation room full of cutting edge equipment he uses on patients abandoned by others.

Part of the team is Ace’s right-hand man and partner, the elusive negotiator known as Joker played by Tatsuya Fujiwara. He is normally a talented international lawyer and after his fateful meeting with Ace, he now negotiates with Ace’s potential patients.
